We currently deliver to UK Mainland only. Delivery days are Tuesday & Friday. Orders before Wednesday midnight will be delivered the following Friday. Orders before Monday midnight will be delivered the following Tuesday. If you need any help or have any questions please email email@example.com
Our broths are chilled products and must be refrigerated immediately on arrival.
All broths are delivered with 28 days to Best Before date.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged?
We try our hardest to ensure each delivery goes out in perfect condition, if your delivery hasn’t arrived as expected, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible with a phone number that we can reach you on. All opened cases will be resolved.
If your order doesn't arrive, we will do our best to work with our courier provider to track it and investigate what has happened. Providing a safe and accurate place for deliveries if you are not in is very important because we cannot refund you if the order goes missing due to poor information provided at checkout.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after your purchase.
